WHERE ARE THE LEADERS?

WHEN LEADERSHIP IS LACKING

 In an age where people tend to follow their whims and caprices, where things tend to drift away into chaos, where individual tend not to feel for the needs of others, one is tempted to ask what society, the business world, homes, religious bodies would have been without leaders.

The state of confusion which erupts when people are left to do what they feel is good without any higher guide directs society into a path of decay and moral decadence, businesses lose their grip on customers, homes lose their identity and individuals forget where they belong.

In the hearts of men, there is always a cry for direction in the right path. That which provides this path is leadership. That word unfortunately has been used too loosely that its grip on people is being loosened.Without a leader anarchy reigns supreme. No one ensures that laws are being followed and the society, home, business or the group of people gathered cannot function effectively.

WE NEED LEADERS!!!

The leader’s job is to overcome the decay, the rot and resistance in the organization in order to allow and make things flow in the right direction. His or her job is to reorient the members of the group and to reshape their thinking. A leader directs and redirects till the team gets to the defined destination.

Everything around us points to the fact that leaders are wanted.

In the business world, institutions cry for direction.

In the home, family seek guidance.

In society, men’s hearts seek answers from the people they look up to.

WHY NOT START LEADING?
